The problem
Getting booked shouldn't mean living in your DMs.
Buried in DMs
Bookings scattered across Instagram, Snapchat, and texts — impossible to keep straight, easy to lose.
Hard to get found
Students hunt through Instagram hoping someone at GCU does what they need — no prices, no availability, no easy way to book.
Spamming your story
Reposting the same promo every single day just to stay visible — and still only reaching the people who already follow you.

Why I built CampusLoop
I'm Abayomi, a college student at Grand Canyon University. I started CampusLoop after watching how much of campus life happens in the DMs — friends booking cuts, lashes, and tutoring off Instagram, hoping the person was real and would actually show up.
Every other “student marketplace” is built by people who graduated years ago or never went to college in the first place. CampusLoop is different: I'm building it while I'm still in school, on my own campus, for the students around me.
Right now I'm building it for the barbers, lash techs, nail artists, tutors, and photographers at GCU — the students already doing the work, who just need one place to be found. We're starting at one campus and doing it right.

The big picture
Where we're going
CampusLoop is starting at one campus this fall — with the barbers, stylists, tutors, and photographers already serving students here. From there we'll expand to schools across the country, one campus at a time, the right way. No empty marketplaces. No bots. No fake users. Just real students helping real students.
